These trousers are amazing..
These trousers are amazing... I've been buying them for years and they never disappoint. I've got various colours but my fave colour is the black ones - I have various pairs of grey, khaki, navy and black. I love them.I use them mostly for going to rock concerts or out to the pub due to the various zipped pockets which are located within these trousers and they feel excellent when I wear them. They don't restrict movement and are breathable not too mention warm in winter, I wear lighter colours in the summer and I also have a different style where the legs zip off so they become shorts. Craghoppers trousers are excellent and reasonably priced.I've bought about a dozen pairs of these over the past few years and they never let me down. I love that they come with a belt too. AWESOME

Excellent trousers... minor pocket problem
Top quality walking/working trousers, with proper deep pockets and plenty of them. Wish that women's trousers were this well made, but they're not, which is why I have to buy men's ones.Minor problem with this batch (I buy three pairs at a time, they're that good): one of them had strangely shallow front pockets on one side, and when I looked inside, I saw that the machinist had "caught" the pocket flap fabric, when they did the last bar of strengthening stitches on the outside. Two minutes' work with the scissors and they are fine, and I doubt I'll ever rip the pocket in that exact place, so the lack of the strengthening stitches shouldn't be critical.First photo shows the pocket flap inside, "caught" by the stitching: second photo shows the outside of the side pocket, now without the usual "bar" of strengthening stitching.

Good walking trousers at a reasonable price
Great walking trousers, Looking forward to getting out in the coming months wearing these. They feel comfy and fit well . Though they have not been tested in heavy rain as yet im sure they will be fine.

Excellent trousers highly recommended
Very nice trousers, fit as expected. So many pockets, although the front ones are not very deep. Two front pockets, with a second pair just behind them with zips on, two rear zipped and a double side pocket. Very well made quality trousers. Not used in the rain yet but I'm sure they will work as good as they look. Very impressed and will be buying more from Craghoppers, keep up the good work.

The most versatile trousers I’ve ever owned
I live in Craghopper Kiwi Classic trousers. I bought my first pair about 7 years ago and at this very moment I own 11 pairs (plus a pair of the shorts version and one fleece lined version), and I’m sat here typing this wearing a pair right now. I’ve got most colours, some duplicated. I favour the beech and black ones, and previously the elephant ones (grey) but they appear not to be made any more. They’re so incredibly versatile that I wear them when I’m walking in the peaks and fells, out in the garden, at work or generally pottering around. They’re extremely comfortable as they have an elasticated waist line and have a ridiculous number of useable pockets, many of them zipped for security. The thigh pocket fits an Ordnance Survey map or paperback book which I’ve used for those purposes on several occasions. The material of the trousers is very quick drying. If you get them wet they’ll be totally dry in minutes. As such they’re ideal for walkers and our climate. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Classic? But New, So not Classic then.
Ordered a Black 40"R As I already have a pair of kiwi pro stretch in that size, They were way too big when they arrived(on the waist, bum & legs) So sent them back (no problems)Recieved my exchange of a 38"R And they fit much better, if a little on the baggy side, However now the included belt is uselesswith these trousers, there is a big difference in the belt for the 40" and 38" The 40" belt should be supplied with the 38"as I cannot even fasten this belt, So it is redundant for me. The hip pockets are indeed very shallow. They are ok trousers for a great price, Now off to find a replacement belt...

Comfortable, practical, good quality for hiking, nordic walking
I have two pairs of Craghoppers kiwi trousers plus a couple of their shirts, which I wear for three seasons in the year. I find them rather uncomfortable in hot weather (over 21 degrees c or 70 degrees f). They are good value for money, hard wearing and comfortable, for which they deserve 5 stars.

Good but used to be better
Some elements are not quite as good as the earlier version of the kiwi trousers but overall still a good fit and decent quality material. The belt pops open too easily and does not have much room for adjustment (the next size up trousers are too baggy but the belt only just fits).
