Purse straps broke after 3 months
I purchased this purse in dark green and received it on 12/19/17, and I LOVED IT!! I got so many compliments on style and color. But all of the purse handles have broken at the point that they attached to the purse. So this would only be close to 3 months since I received the purse. So I wrote to Susen's Bags about the problem and even included pictures of the handles. I told them how much I loved the purse and could I possibly receive a refund or new product. Their response was No they could not because "I had overused the bag". How do you overuse a bag in 4 months? I am very disappointed that they did not stand by their product and the quality, or lack of quality. Great looking travel size purse/tote!
This tote is the perfect size for traveling. I am not a big purse person but I really did like this bag. It is very sophisticated looking for the price also.
