I looked everywhere close to home for this kind of deep pan... not to bake a cake but for roasting my vegetables. The price close to home was so high that I always ended up using 2 smaller roasting pans. My favorite is Greek Style Vegetables but I never measure any ingredients and the flavor was always very slightly different in each pan. But now thats all history!! This pan is perfect. Its not none stick but I use olive oil in my roasting so doesn't need a non stick pan. Dont know what you bakers make of it but for roasting its excellent. Thank you so much pan makers!!

This is my first purchase of these pans. They work well so far. I like the thickness of the pans. I bake by orders and get a lot requests for 9inch cakes. I love the price also

In addition to the fact that the pans are great, they are sturdy, easy to clean and my cakes came out beautifully, the customer service was incredible. Its a nice size, and have a good weight. It is not a thin pan, that is what i love about it.

I liked this pan. When I want to make a nice lil cake that's just for one. It's perfect for a mini cake.

Oooowe! You have no idea how beautiful a cake can be until you get quality tools I made a 24 layered cake to see if I could do like the guy's on you - tube I am from now on the go to for 24 layered cakes
