Cockatiels perhaps are very individualistic. It eats the same type of seed but was not interested in it in berry form. Product seemed fine, delivery as well. We then had to break it up so it didnt go to waste. Maybe ours is lazy...

Serve your bird 10 to 12 of the food and continue to keep a fresh supply available at all times. Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Monitor your bird's weight and adjust the amount accordingly.
