Sound and battery life
Battery life, very good sound quality is good but it hurt my ears

Terrible quality
This is one of the worse Bluetooth headsets ever bought on Amazon.The battery is OK if not used last many days but as soon as you switch the unit on it drains fast – one day max.The sound quality is very bad to the point that very often I have to change from the headset to phone speaker otherwise people on the other side can’t understand what I am saying and I can’t work out what they are saying. The noise reduction doesn’t work at all not to mention the echo effect if in the small room picking up a call.On the third week, the small LED light give-up and I don’t know if the unit is ON or OFF.And just to top it up it is not that comfortable as mentioned by many other users. Firstly the gelly earpiece that goes into the ear keeps detaching itself from the body (I have lost one already) Secondly the rubber sleeve that goes over the ear is so flimsy that if you tilt your head back the whole thing feels like is going to fall out of your ear so definitely not secure to use while on the move.I have also Mpow 20 which is much more secure, comfortable and with better sound quality – downside the battery.Overall I would not recommend this unit for people on the move, especially trade people.
