Pros: It sounds great, feels light, and folds up nicely.Con: A few days after using it a few of the parts started to come undone. It wasn't too hard to fit but still.It's not that I wouldn't buy this set again but, there are so many choices that I'll try something different next time. If the company wants return customers, the product needs to be solid and work well.

I replaced headphones I paid much more for with these. The sound quality is actually better on the SoulSound pair and they are comfortable to wear.

I thought the price was right and the were exactly what I was looking for

We were never able to use these as Bluetooth headphones because the battery charger does not fit in the port. It's off center and does not connect. Very disappointed with the quality.

I like how you can hear different instruments while your song is playing, I don't like the cushions that goes on your ears. It bothers me after a while.

Can't hear noisy coworkers unless I have to. Works perfectly.

I received these as a Christmas gift and thought that they were decent, but the power button failed after 3 months so now they will not turn on. The button just stays half-way depressed. Before this I thought that they were OK, although obviously made of cheap materials and I thought is was weird that it comes with only a six inch long USB charging cable. The button configuration on the right side is also set up weird, with the power button in the middle of other buttons. It should be the first one, so that you don't accidentally push the volume or reset the bluetooth. I have my own cables, and it seemed to charge and work fine until suddenly the button failed. Their customer service has done nothing for me in over a month, including not even communicating with me since asking for my Amazon order number, although I have logged in and sent them messages several times. No one should buy this product, ever.Update as of 6-3-2020: PAWW finally got back with me and then sent a new pair of headphones to replace the other ones. When I attempted to plug them in to charge, the outlet on the headphones was not secured and just pushed back into the hole so that the charger would not lock in, making them unchargeable. Like I said above, these are extremely cheaply made and I would not recommend them. In the months between their customer service response, I bought a new pair of bluetooth headphones made by a different company which are obviously better made and are less expensive.

UPDATE 12/12/18: After using these headphones for a few days I have made the decision to send them back. The discomfort of wearing this unit is just too much of a disadvantage. Another disadvantage is that you can only use one connection method over the other, for example say that you have your phone connected via BT for phone calls and you have the aux connection for your laptop. Well, this unit simply does not allow this type of connectivity. Of course you can connect with Bluetooth with two sources but Bluetooth lowers the sound quality and causes a considerable delay so, unless you are doing something on your laptop where the delay isn't an issue, you would probably be better off looking elsewhere.First of all I would like to address a claim that is made in the advertising of this product. It states that " this over the ear headset features advanced Bluetooth 4.1 to deliver true Hi-fi Sound". This is an outlandish claim because it is currently not possible to get hifi sound through Bluetooth. The newer codecs come close which aren't supported by this model. However, it is possible to receive hi-fi sound if you use the auxiliary connection. So far, when using this product the audio is crystal clear once I swapped out the poor quality cable that this product shipped with (heard a torrent of noise and crackles) . There's plenty of bass thats not over exaggerated and the mids and highs are just right as well. I'm hearing things in songs that I haven't heard before. They're also relatively comfortable too but after a couple hours they will begin to get uncomfortable. Again, good product with excellent Hi-fi sound when using a 3.5mm connection rather than Bluetooth.
