my skin is combination skin oil and got lots of blackheads on nose area..I have a black head on my face. I used this little fellow to suck dirt out of my face. At first I was a little worried because I didn't know what would happen. This little thing sucked the dirt out of my nose. So you can try any combination you want. In addition, it is rechargeable. I have to say that after using it, my skin has changed a lot. It can absorb excess oil and debris from my face skin and clean my face. This machine is very effective- but only on properly prepared skin, which is not sensitive, for blackheads only ( I tried to use it on some milia and succeeded in breaking a small capillary) The best way to prepare is a double cleanse with a wash off cleanser that gets the dead skin cells off first, like Elemis Biotec or one with saiicilic acid- not grains, Dry with a clean towel. Make sure when using you don't focus on one area too much and also I wouldn't advise using it over spots or other acne as it can cause irritation

I was a super standoff with buying this. Because I was unsure if it would really work. After using the device, I was very satisfied I have used it like three times and my pores are a lot smaller and fave is clearer than ever. If you do use the suction at high power it could leave light blemishes but they go away within a day. My face feels more firm and full. I like doing it just for that benefit alone! I love all the different heads and suction settings as well. I love this product.

based on the reviews only, i cannot even tell you how excited i was to get my hands on it. i literally couldnt wait for dhl to deliver it for me. but then, as i started using it, my face became so red but i was like its normal. to my surprise, the redness did not go away. it turned to purple bruises. i kid you not, it literally left my skin looking like i just got hit by a huge truck. im too ashamed to even tell anyone about it or show anyone my face.
