For inside delivery (also called White Glove Delivery) an additional charge is required by the buyer, generally about $200 to $300 extra. There will be a surcharge, paid by the buyer, for delivery to Non-Mainland/Island U.S. locations that have to be accessed via bridge (Florida Keys, Nantucket Island, Staten Island, etc. ) and a $50 surcharge for delivery to Manhattan, NY. The LTL company we use will call prior to delivery.
