The media could not be loaded.  Works perfect! I got a 300w for my 55 gallon and keeps the temperature at 80-82 degrees just how I need it to be but it is a little bit off and you do need to preset the temperature higher than what u want it to be but it was not a problem for me. It also turns off and on as needed. Great suction and warmth overall a good heater!

It works great. You just have to set it at a much higher temperature than you actually want. It’s like 10 degrees off.

I didn't think it was working then the temp started droping in my house and it came on, fish is still alive.. so were good 👍

Favorite heater so far. It has a clear visual on the heater itself (the part in the water) that tells you the temp you are setting it at. You can adjust it easily. My old heaters just had a "+ /- " and hard to turn and adjust incrementally. The only thing is that I have this heater in an 8 gallon and I had to increase the setting to 82 because the water temp is only 76, so yes, it's underheating but I can still adjust it easily.

Little to complain about with the product. Ive had it in my 20 gallon for about 2 days now and the heater is getting more and more precise, temperature wise, as the days go on. Right now I have it at 82 but the water is 79 so not bad, could be something on my part but overall. Does its purpose pretty wellREVISION ON FEBRUARY 3rd 2020The temperature gauge is still very iffy and I have little confidence it will ever be truly accurate. I can have it at 82 and the water will be 78. Or 86 and the water will be 81. Just aggravating now having a constant heat for my tank

Works well

This heater works great, it is very reliable, and I can tell that it’s doing its job, you can hear it turning on and off with a little click sound so it is able to properly gauge temperature changes and turn itself on and off. Really great value for the price, I highly recommend it.

Had this now for a while and I like the way the heater keeps it's preset temperature. Haven't boiled any fish.

Bought this based on the reviews and I'll contribute 5 stars as this heater was seamless replacing the old one. No complaints and it works as it should.
