Received my pillow today. Love it so far. It's very soft and comfy. The memory foam is amazing. Very good quality, not cheaply made. The travelling bag is perfect and it doesn't take much more space. Will buy another one in the future.

Not very comfortable at all and very hard. It's not going to be comfortable if you have any type of head rest padding on an actual plain. I put this to the side after one flight bc it was more comfortable without it.
