Purchased this phone for my not so tech savvy uncle. This phone is perfect if your looking for something simple. I couldn't believe the quality of the calls. An absolute bargain for this flip phone. Built in FM radio and headphones included all very easy for the user. Unlocked from the factory and has dual Sims. I got a 15$ unlimited talk and text plan and my uncle loves this phone.

arrived with Spanish language but was able to guess my way through changing it to English. I know, its a $17 phone, so expectations were low, but it was even crappier than I expected. I can't imagine allowing anyone I know to use this phone, so i'll probably toss it. The Nokia 3310 I bought it way better quality, and that's a damn cheap phone in itself.edit: decided to give it a try. and it failed. doesn't work with ATT sim. I'm guessing this is a 2G only phone and ATT is not using 2G tech anymore??

Works great. Bought for elderly in-lawWorks with Att, T-Mobile and telcel México.Has 2 gsm slots. Put one for att and MexicoWorks great. Has radio also.

How do change the language to English from Spanish. The leaflet is not helpful at all

Every time I receive a text message, I have to completely restart the phone in order to view it. Ridiculous. Waste of money.

The phone is in Spanish I don't know how to get it in English.I can't use it.How do I get my money back or a new one like it in English.
