I’ve been looking for a firmer neck wedge as the ones I’ve had in the past are too soft. I love that it’s adjustable and firm but soft enough to not hurt. I have headache issues due to my serious lack of neck curvature. This reduces my use of migraine medications. I use this at first sign of a migraine caused by my neck issues and it usually takes my headache away after 30 mins of laying on it. It feels so good and refreshing to have your neck in its accurate and normal curve versus my terrible straight up and down position. It’s honestly one of the best neck products I have. Love it. I always use it on my upper back since I have a hunch back from poor posture. Helps to loosen up my extremely tight spine which helps me better correct my posture issues. Well worth it. It's very hard so using it is uncomfortable I get ot has to be for support. It does relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders. So I will continue to use it
