I read that these may stick in your hair but I have never had that problem before. After setting and drying, I took them out carefully. I tried to unroll them but my hair stuck. It tore quite a bit of my hair. I have medium length hair. If I continued to use them I will have no hair.

They do work, but they are not self grip. Maybe if you have very short, thin hair they might work, but for anyone who has thick or medium length to long hair they will need clips.

These are smaller than any of the large ones I've used

Do not buy these if you're looking for "jumbo" rollers. I previously bought the "large" size of these rollers and wanted bigger ones to make my curly hair straighter. These rollers are exactly the same size as the "large" rollers, even though they are advertised as being "jumbo." Very disappointed. Thank goodness Amazon makes returns easy. Back they go!
