Be careful
If you, like me, do not have removable headrests on you back seats then the straps will likely be to short even at full extension. That said the velcro that is supposed to help secure it flat to the back of the seat seams sturdy enough that I almost considered trying to get by with out the straps but decided they would be pretty important for weight bearing once I started filling the organizer up.

Great organizer
The back of my trunk was no longer a pile of random items after purchasing this organizer. It has plenty of pouches of varying sizes. I mostly use it to store backup kids' clothes, jackets, diapers, hats, and gloves.
