Best Moisturizer for Dry, Sensitive Skin
Great product! I have bad rosacea and now in my 50’s this compounded by dry skin, especially now that winter is setting in in the NE and the dry heat is on. I used an oil moisturizer a decade ago, purchased from a Japanese firm, which was olive oil based. Superb product, as most of their products were, but just too expensive. Fast forward to the last year, and I’ve tried several drug store brands that were ok, but not cutting it with the patches of really dry skin, and after 10 hours my face felt tight as a drum. I also started using a drug store brand of face soap, which was just terrible. Two months ago my rosacea flared terribly - the worst I’ve ever had. Bright cherry red sores on one cheek forced me to reevaluate my skin care regimen. I ditched the awful face soap, and started with Neutrogena’s glycerin bar. Improvement, but it really strips the oil off as well. The “ultra-hydrating” this product, as well as others I tried, did nothing. Went to Sephora and tried at least 5 face creams, nothing worked. But I did grab an Argan oil sampler. I ditched the face creams and washes (one supposedly best cleaner made my face turn bright red and my skin actually was painful. That product was returned.) I started with the Argan oil, which was helping, but not giving me the smoothness and didn’t quite fix the dryness. In desperation I turned to Amazon and researched face oils. My Japanese brand was there, and so tempting, but the price! $32 for less than an ounce. Too much for me. So I looked around and spotted this Rosehip Oil. Greater quantity and less than half the cost was a no brained, but would it work? The other reviews were mostly positive so I bought. I waited for 2 weeks before reviewing it, just to see the effects, good or bad. After the 5th day, my face had calmed down considerably. The redness had diminished and the dry patches were smoothing out. But the real change was noticed about 10 days after I started using it. For the first time in years my redness had calmed down to the point I actually went out shopping with no makeup on. Though I do still use liquid foundation (to hide the broken capillaries) I have literally taken 10 years off my face. I’ve had compliments on my “new” look, your hair? No just a moisturizer that calms the flares and smoothes my skin. The product does have a woody, nutty scent, which I like very much. Since rosehips are full of vitamin C and other nutrients it is great for calming skin down. Sorry this was so long, but I find authentic reviews help other buyers make their decision. I know I won’t be changing my skin care routine ever again!

Great quality rosehip oil
I've been using this oil for about a week now, morning and night as my only product after cleansing. I have combination, acne prone skin. My main issues are dryness, redness and clogged pores. I also have some pigmentation. I wanna start off by saying that I'm very impressed with the quality of this oil. In the past I've had several bottles of rosehip oil from different brands and this one is probably the best one I have tried. It has a bright yellow/orange color (doesn't show up after applying it to the skin and is a sign of a good quality rosehip oil) and a very light, "earthy" smell. It does a great job at keeping my skin moisturized, which for me is unusual as I find most natural oils rather drying. It also doesn't clog my pores. Right after applying it has a very soothing effect on the skin and really calms down any redness. This oil has a very light, "dry" feel to it, so using it is a pure pleasure. I've noticed it speeds up healing of any pimples I have and also seems to be helping with keeping my skin clear. So far I haven't noticed much improvement with pigmentation, but given that I've only been using it for about a week I understand that it takes more time to start seeing a change in this area. I think my favorite thing about rosehip oil is it's brightening effect. I've noticed that whenever I use rosehip oil consistently, my skin looks a lot healthier and more glowy. It also works very well under makeup, helps with achieving a smooth effect, doesn't cause products to move around and doesn't make my skin more oily during the day. I would highly recommend this oil.

this company did great. I was emailed about what I should do ...
I ordered this on Saturday night and received it by Monday afternoon, so as far as shipping goes, this company did great. I was emailed about what I should do in case I have a problem with the condition my bottle arrived in, but everything was perfect. The smell of the oil is almost like sesame seed oil, but once you work it into your skin, you don't smell anything. It's not even a strong smell, I personally don't mind it. And part of the reason I bought it too, as silly as it may sound, was in part due to the packaging. It is so simple and nice- it is straight to the point and I love it. The dropper tends to allow more drops than you plan to use, but that's not an issue either, I just spend an extra minute massaging the oil into my skin. The product itself is wonderful. I'm allergic to most everything you can imagine, so I was scared to try this. But I have been happier with what is happening to my skin than I could imagine. I don't have bad skin to begin with, my skin is neither oily or dry because I have balanced it out over time with coconut oil. I don't usually break out with the exception of a pimple here and there, and blackheads I notice too much in the mirror and start bugging me, but for the most part, my skin is nice. I've had it now three days and I'm in love. In the morning, I use it alone (I store mine in the fridge, so it wakes my skin up in the morning) and it leaves my skin feeling light, clean, and fresh. At night, I massage this into my face and neck and use a tiny amount of coconut oil (which was previously my go-to oil, and still swear by it) and I wake up with beautiful, glowing skin. I get compliments on my skin all the time, and with this, they've gone up. People have been asking what brand of foundation I use, and I wear makeup twice a week, weekends only. It's also helped with scars a lot more quickly than I thought possible. I am absolutely in love with this products, and it helps that this company has GREAT customer service. I'm waiting to try the rose water in a few weeks, but until then, this is my little miracle in a bottle. I'll definitely be ordering this when I start running low.

I LOVE THIS. It's like magic. The only thing I wish is that they had a UK-based stockist as ordering from US is a huge wait and also bad for the environment. I've run out and am having to wait 2 weeks, in which time my skin has gone back to being blotchy and spotty. Please come to the UK!!

No hace maravillas pero si que es cierto por lo menos no perjudica a la piel sensible como la mía

It sure is oil. :D I love that it doesn't have any smell whatsoever, so even sensitive people can use it with ease. It doesn't leave the skin oily – it's a very light oil. And is pleasant to apply. Over about a month of use it didn't do much anything for my skin, but every skin type and problem is different so that doesn't mean it wouldn't work for you. After about a month of using it, I actually went to see a dermatologist and they told me that you shouldn't use oil on inflamed skin (I have inflamed sensitive skin that is prone to rosacea), since it can actually make your condition worse. The rosehip oil didn't make my skin worse. I maaaaaybe saw a minor improvement, but the cream prescribed by my doctor has given me better results.
