I like the compact size and the battery life (so far). Seems to be well built. 38400 mah is a lot of juice. I have high hopes for this device as I am into a solar project so please don't disapoint me. I've purchased three and plan to purchase more. Keep up the quality and you will get fewer complaints and sell more. As of right now I give this a 5 + star rating. It charges all our phones and Kindles and provides an emergency light. No more candles and smelly oil lights in power outage. Really good thing to have during and outage or emergency. I've constructed a 12v dc light out of easy to find materials. This light is easy to build, budget friendly, and is good for a work or reading or camping light.The lithium ion batteries are superior to lead acid by a long shot. They cost more but in the end lasts longer and are more reliable. It looks like we are entering the age of power outages and monster storms. This little device would be worth its weight in gold if your area happened to hit with lengthy outage. It will charge phones for a long time, longer if you have solar panels. I like it. No one is paying me to say this. To the manufacturer I would just say, keep up the good work and put quality above profit, you'll sell a lot of these, I promise you that.

I bought this battery to power my headlights, fog lights, and brake light on my dirt bike. It's been almost a month since I initially charged it and it's still half way charged. Insane battery. Highly recommend.

I have to use my cpap machine or I am miserable. The electricity, in Mwanza Tanzania went out about 1 am most nights, so to use my machine I relied on this power pack. This was almost the largest capacity pack you can carry on airlines. It worked so well with the adapter for my Phillips Dream Station, that I keep the power pack plugged in between, my cpap and the outlet at home. If there is an electric outage, my machine keeps running and I keep sleeping. This has been so easy to set up, and use.

My original battery arrived with a problem. Contacted the vendor talentcell, who immediately shipped a replacement. Excellent customer relations.Second battery working just fine over the past month, 24v and 12v. On/off switch is very convenient, compared to unplugging.Adaptor cable works, but to save space ordered separate small m-m and f-f miniplugs.

Very powerful and long-lasting. I've had one of these in use for over a year without any issues. Just ordered another one to use as a backup for our internet gateway. Without it, every little power outage, no matter how brief causes us to lose internet for at least five minutes while the gateway reboots. Having this will also allow continued internet connection during long-term power outages.Very solid product that is worth the price.UPDATEAfter connecting this to our internet gateway, I noticed that the included charger gets extremely hot (like, may cause a fire hot.) I checked the ratings of the gateway, the charger, and the battery itself. While the battery states it can handle loads up to 6A, the included charger only produces 2A. So, what the heck?? How could you operate something that needs 6A with a 2A power supply, not to mention the overhead needed to charge the battery itself.So, basically while it could easily power the gateway, I have serious concerns about leaving it plugged in, which was the reason I bought it. I guess I'll have to return this and look for something more suitable as a UPS.Still a good product and the other one we're using to operate a water pump works fine, but it only gets intermittent use so no worries about overheating.

I use this for everything! I originally bought it to replace a small 12v 7ah battery to run my fish finder on my kayak. It can run my fish finder for 3 days!! The 7ah lead acid would die 3/4 though a day trip. This is much lighter, durable and will do the above AS WELL as charge my Iphone 12 a few times, power my LED Nav lights all evening AND I now use it to power a homeade bluetooth speaker! No joke this thing is amazing. I now have 2! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

This compact LiOn battery is unique. Most paks have 2500-6000 Mah USB power output. This gem has 384,000 Mah capacity with both 12 VDC (2155) 7 VDC USB-A outputs. Here's the rub - both outputs can be used simultaneously!At power on, existing charge is displayed in a 4 bar light display.I've only charged it once thus far and have used it 4x. More after I've used the charge up & need to recharge it a few times to see how long it lasts.

You have to dig to the very fine print to find out what you're truly getting, you can find similar capacity 12v at 6000mah for half if not less on price you're just paying extra for a plastic frame. I read the title of the ad, the secondary description which at time of this review still does not add that the 38,400mah capacity is only at 3v! They just put "High capacity 38400mAh lithium ion battery provides long lasting power" and the title of the ad makes it seem like they're referencing 12v but they can claim they're not because the 12v and the 38,400mah is separated by a comma. Predatory marketing or mistake in writing you make the call.
