I have arthritis in my knee and have to tape it a very specific way 24/7 as I go through the process of losing weight. You can feel how high quality this tape is immediately when you touch it. It's just has a a much more premium feel than KT brand name, and especially the knockoffs you can find on here. It sticks really, really well. Stays in for up to five days for me with minimal edge peeling. Tips: always round the edges to keep them from peeling up under clothes. And only remove this stuff in a warm shower because it sticks like crazy. I like to use a cheap bottle of conditioner, let it soak in, and then peel it off at the end of my shower. This stuff is a steal for the price and quality

I used this after damaging my shoulder. It would stay on for days, very sticky, but left no residue on my skin. Gave me good support. Easy to cut to size with markings on the back to help guide you.

I bought this large roll of tape because I was previously buying the smaller rolls and it got expensive quickly. This brand of KT tape is a GREAT alternative to regular KT tape. It's cheaper, adheres to the skin very well, comes off easily in the shower, and provides great support and pain relief. This is easily my favorite brand of KT tape, and I'm happy to be able to save some money and buy a big roll!

First off I’d like to say having to shave your legs to use. This is quite a pain, but if you don’t, you’re going to regret it, this stuff is way better than the stuff my PT uses and has lasted easily five times longer even through the workouts at the gym, the only problem I’m having now is trying to get it off the stuff my PT uses would normally come off in my sleep. I’ve had this on my leg now for almost a week with no signs of it actually trying to come off on its own a good product will buy again.

Stayed in place for several days without issue. When removed adhesive residue was minimal. Used on foot for relief of Morton’s neuroma. Will order again when needed. Did not have any negative skin reactions.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Excellent tape. Very sticky and stayed on after getting wet. Good value

This product works great. I ordered it after I took a 5 hr. Course on Kinesio taping. Utilizing my new skills on my high schooler. Who over does it with wrestling and weight lifting. My son says he feels the support and asks me to reapply when parts come off as he is getting ready for weightlifting season.

My daughter picked some up in the hopes of holding me off on cortisone shots that I wasn’t due for. I didn’t expect much of anything. It’s AMAZING and I’ve recommended it to several people.

Long pieces or short…. This is the way to go to help with proper taping. This roll will last us a while.

This is better than any brand I have tried including what they use in the clinics, great price and quality!!

This tape works really well. I use it for my lymphedema and it adheres well without any skin irritation. It also lasts through showers and swimming. Great value for the money.

Finer grid on back for greater accuracy is nice, but a darker line every 10 or so would make sizing easier. Doesn't always stick to anchor as well as needed, at least for the wrist/thumb taping. Appreciate the stiffer backing paper for ease of peeling off when applying to self. Definitely better quality than the cheaper brands out there
