This was my first purchase from this company. It arrived very well packaged. I've been using it daily since arrival. At first opening it had a tiny yellow lump on the dropper but I think that was due to the very cold weather in which it had to travel. After that it was fine. I like it and will most likely order it again. It's rich and creamy.

Ever since I started using this serum, my skin has been soft and supple. I had some hyperpigmentation from some recent acne scars, and they cleared right up with this serum. I love that it brightens my complexion, smooths it, and makes my skin so soft.

The item was well packed and it arrived very quickly. I used vitamin C before, it really helps skin. This one is with aloe, which is very good for skin in all forms. Thats why I think this is one step ahead of only c vitamins! I am so excited to use it ! I will try to post an update after few uses !

This is my second bottle and I love it. It makes my skin glow. My skin had become dull and I had uneven skin tone. This changed in less than a month of using it.

When I took the dropper out to use this for the first time it was filled with slimy, viscous 'worm-like' sludge. I cleaned it off with a tissue and then tried to fill the dropper. No possible. Dropper has brown sludge in the tip and the contents of the bottle are way too thick to be drawn into the dropper. Why is this product getting good reviews? Or had mine been frozen before shipping? As you can see in the photo even with the bottle tipped over nothing flows out. This is going in the garbage where it belongs.

I've been using this serum for a week now and so far I really like it and my skin looks great! I use it right after toner and a moisturizer after. I recommend! Doesn't have a harsh or gross smell - wash hands after though it can be a little sticky
