I have purchased many items from them, most off of their website, but when i needed a walking foot for my old, retired machine asap, i found this on amazon with same day shipping. i HAD to get it! it was the same price as others were selling for a single walking foot. Nah. This packag came with multiple little feet, an explanation card for what they all were AND an instructional video. it came in a great carrying case with nice padding, so your little feet wont get banged up. The walking foot worked perfect - no issues! I DID have to use the adjustable guide for my machine and it worked perfectly, as i expected it would. Madam Sew has not once let me down, and for this i will continue to be a loyal customer!

I’m giving Madam Sew 5 stars across the board for not only their products but especially for their customer service. After I received both the Big 5 and 32 presser feet we discovered that they are not compatible with my Janome 3160 machine. The ladies at Madam Sew helped me throughout in a very timely and enjoyable way. Unfortunately I have had to return both sets but my experience with the Madam Sew company has made me a happy customer. When I get a compatible sewing machine I will buy these again without hesitation! The feet themselves are very good quality and look to me like they would last a lifetime. The storage cases are sturdy and each piece fits in its own numbered slot. The directions are easy to follow, both written and on dvd. Madam Sew also has wonderful YouTube videos of each foot. There are also two cards in/on each box that state what each foot is. Can’t get any better than that! If you have any questions or concerns about their products, don’t hesitate to email them! You’ll be pleasantly surprised by their knowledge and helpfulness. One of the few companies with such exemplary service!

Hi, I tried the Madam Sew Ultimate Presser Foot Set - The Big 5 - and definitely enjoyed seeing the results. They all did what they are meant for and the first three were no problem putting on. I did have trouble with the Flower Stitch Foot and had to be more careful about reading the directions. I also had a little problem with the walking foot but just had to pay closer attention to the directions. Once on, I don't want to let this walking foot go! It definitely helps with keeping the stitches even, a far cry from my crunched up stitches using the foot that came with my Brother machine. The foot definitely makes a big difference. I'm new to quilting and had heard about the need for the walking foot. Now I understand why! The written directions were basically clear but the Flower stitch pictures were too small to be much help. The Quick Start Guide pictures were also small. If I weren't familiar with the sewing machine, I think it would be more difficult if I had to rely only on the written directions since the pictures were a bit too small to rely on if a person had difficulty reading the small print in the pictures. The flower stitch does make pretty flowers, so I would have to find things that I could use it on! Thanks, Madam Sew, for this useful presser foot set.

Haven’t used all the feet yet, but seem sturdy, well made and the booklet of instructions is clear.

I've been sewing some tricky projects and a friend recommended a walking foot. So when I found this combo of sample feats I was pretty excited. The DVD that came with them was very helpful as well as the instruction booklet. I have not used all the feet yet but so far the hem and adjustable guide feet have worked really well. I have an older Husqvarna embroidery designer one machine. Although these feet do snap on, the needle placement is off by just enough that I broke one because it landed on the back of the foot. Thankfully the bonus shank adapter worked beautifully and it didn't have that problem again. I really like the case that they all came into as well to keep them protected when I'm not using them. I'm an Artist and have been an amateur sewer since I was a kid. I love designing wearable art and accessories of all kinds. I recently decided that I'd like to learn the proper techniques to have better sewing results. I had no idea that there were feet that I could attach to my machine that would make it so much easier.... This kit is really nicely put together in a plastic box with foam holding everything in place. The feet are solid quality as well. This would be a great gift. The tutorials that come with this kit are so detailed and simple to understand even for a beginner! They don't leave anything out. I was able to attach each of the feet to my machine easily and sample each one with the help of the videos. I can see that these tools will solve most of the problems and frustrations I've had while sewing. I'm looking forward to starting a new project soon. I'm dying to make some funky 70's wide leg pants and the wide hem foot is going to be genius. I'll probable add some flowers with the flower stitch foot. The possibilities are endless! I'm definitely looking forward to trying other products from Madam Sew. : )

It's completed my Madam Sew Presser Feet Sets. Never dissatisfied with MS. Get the a good working product for a lot less $$. Definitely worth it.
