Does the job and losens up carbon deposits in the combustion chamber. It won't get rid of it all, you would need to spray another foaming product at the air intakes for the finer cleaning. But for the initial raw cleaning XADO is the best.

Used this in a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 that I recently bought. The Jeep has around 260k miles and started overheating, pinging and losing power. I used this and the pinging went away, doesn't overheat and runs better (260k miles it'll never be a race car). I would use again and recommend the product.

Honestly I couldn't tell you it was the third attempt to clean a combustion chamber on a 700 rhino, now most of carbon was mostly gone i used this to try to get it cleaner and using a scope it really didn't look any different. And the compression didn't get any lower.

This works, but don't use it if there's a lot of carbon buildup. It can make things worse, because the carbon and solvent mixture will get into the piston rings and seize them. Use it on a cold engine; if you do it on a warm engine as instructed, the product evaporates and won't have the desired effect. In my case, the carbon buildup was minimal, but the engine was consuming oil; after treatment, oil consumption was significantly reduced. The photo shows the piston after treatment; it is clear that the carbon deposits have softened and partially dissolved.

Works. It cleaned most of the stuff out of my motor. It obviously not making the piston factory but I think it cleaner now.

Following the instructions on the can. Helped remove a lot of carbon from a Kia I was about to trade in due to the fouling of plugs from carbon buildup. The vehicle runs like new. Will use this at least every six months.

My car was stalling due to oil burning build up. After using this product issue disappeared, does good job cleaning!
