Update 2/25: Reporting back after 1 year of use. Sad news, several of the burner tubes have just rusted out. Starting a time or two ago, I notice one of the burners had a big jet of flame coming out near the end. Last night I grilled and two of the burners basically had blowouts. I think my OEM burners lasted 4 or 5 years, so a little disappointed in these. It was good while it lasted, but I'm going to look for a different replacement set with hopefully a little better durability.Original Review:The setting: I have a Kitchen Aide 720-0954G that is several years. The heat tents began rusting out, and I decided to replace them. In the past I've cleaned the burner tubes with a wire brush when flames became uneven due to rust/corrosion buildup in the flame vents, but I decide to get this kit and replace them as well. After comparing the new burners with my existing ones, I realized that I would also need to swap out the igniters as the brackets were different on the new burners. Also, the overall length of the tubes were about the same, but my original burners had maybe a 1/2 inch more vent holes overall. Not an issue, but just noted a little variation. The install: I removed the old parts and did a thorough cleaning of the grill. The fasteners for the rear supports of the burner tubes had rusted out. It wasn't a big issue with the old burners, but these new ones would sit too low in the back of the grill. I decided to add a bar (some scape metal) for the burners to rest upon. I think someone mentioned doing this in another review. You can see the white bar in the pictures. I then fished the ignitor wires through the holes and attached them to the control. The road test: I turned on the gas and attempted to light. The ignitors were sparking, but the burners did not want to light. After a few seconds one did light, but others would not. I could smell the propane. I used pliers to tweak the position of the ignitor electrode. This did the trick. All of the burners quickly lit in the first second or two. I added the heat tents which fit perfect and placed the grill grates. Conclusion: I would recommend the kit, but removed one star for not being an exact swap out. Also, the instructions weren't great, but if you are handy, it's pretty intuitive.

I have a 7-8 year old Kitchen Aid BBQ. All the guts inside were corroded and junk. Started looking at new BBQs, then came across this replacement kit. Installation was pretty straight forward, only thing that gave me a problem was some deterioration of other pieces. The ignitor cables were almost too long but long is better than short. Maybe hit the hardware store for new clips, the ones that hold the burners in. I was shocked that it fired right up with no issues.

This kit brought our 20year Costco Kitchenaid grill back to life, maybe better than new. The photo shows 600 degrees and climbing, then I turned it off. The tank was low on gas!

It may be that the bbq warped over time, or that I got these used, or these are an 1/8” too short but; these don’t fit right. Otherwise they look good and feel like good quality. It’s a not so fun DIY, lots of screws in tough places.

I was looking for replacement burners and heat shields for my 4 burner gas barbecue. I found this set that also included 4 replacement ignitors for a very reasonable price. The vendor Hisenen Service shipped these very promptly and I received my order in a couple of days. They fit perfectly. The only problem was getting each burner to connect to the gas line. They just slip over the connection but I had to get a flashlight and bend over a lot to be able to see the gas connector. I got lucky on the first one because it just slipped right on. The next three took a little more effort. However, now that the job is complete, my barbecue works like it did when it was new. I did n't replace the ignitors because all of mine were working. I saved the new ones for when my old igniters fail.I would definitely order from Hisenen again.

Turns out that these burners are not a fit for the KitchenAid 720-0953E, they literally don’t fit. And unfortunately, by the time I got someone scheduled to come fix my grill, the return windows closed :(
