The soft pulse is still a bit harder than I would like, but overall this is a very easy to use water pick with a good sized reservoir. I can feel a difference in plaque buildup throughout the day using this. Lightweight, but sturdy enough that it keeps up with me clumsily knocking it over every once in a while. Charges at an average to slow speed, but the charge holds for a long time. Great product!

How did I live without this. It is amazing and does such a great job. I am most amazed by how long I can go between charges, especially considering that I use it a few times a day. It does take a few days of using it to get a technique, so you aren't spraying water everywhere. Definitely use the low setting in the beginning.

Purchased this based on a recommendation from my Dentist. Received it a few weeks ago and found it very easy to use right from day 1. The only areas that I found a little confusing were all of the different attachments (I am still not sure what each does and only use 1 of them consistently) and from time to time I find myself trying to put the water reservoir on backward (which it won't let you do and quickly lets me know that it needs to go on the other way). Otherwise, charging is as simple as plugging in your phone, and turning the device on/off is a simple press of a button (with a minor inconvenience mentioned below).The battery life is excellent and although the appearance is a little bulky, it fits nicely in my hands and is easy to use. If you are used to a regular water pick, like I was, the device will likely feel bulky (but light) to use at first. This goes away after a few uses.There are a couple of things with the unit that I wish were different, but none are major. The first is that the reservoir could use to hold more water as I have to fill it twice per use. Not a big deal as adding water is easy but still would be nice not to have to do it twice. One thing to note is that if they did expand the reservoir capacity, it could make the unit even bulkier so I understand why its limit is set at the current capacity. I would rather fill it twice than have it be bulkier.The second thing about the reservoir is that the unit starts grabbing air as the water level drops and you angle the device to hit all the spots inside the mouth. This is normal for any spray bottle as they need to be kept level or tipped to the side where the water intake tube is to utilize all the water. Again, not a deal-breaker but would love to see this addressed in a future design.The last issue I’ve experienced relates to turning the unit off after use. Since I cannot see the power button while using the device, I find myself accidentally hitting the Mode button (located directly under the Power button) when I meant to hit the Power button to turn the unit off. A majority of the time, I am shutting the unit off while it is still spraying water so it is not like I want to take it out of my mouth and look at the buttons to shut it off. This could be a simple fix if they differentiate the buttons by feel or size….they are currently exactly the same size and texture. As with the other items mentioned, this is very minor.Overall, I am happy with the purchase and have no regrets which to me is an indicator that it was a good purchase.

My dentist recommended I use a water flosser so I purchased a battery-operated Amazon-recommended Waterpik. It lasted for just over a month. It stopped working all of a sudden and replacing the batteries did not fix it. This unknown brand is far superior. It holds plenty of water and came with an assortment of tools. It has 2 speeds plus a pulse mode. The pulse mode with the mini brush attachment is awesome! It cost less too and does not need to be recharged for over a month of daily use.

I have permanent dentures so using an oral irrigator every day is a must. I purchased this product for the camper because there is not a lot of counter space and I did not want to spend a large sum of money since it was only going to be used once or twice a month when we go camping.You get what you pay for!!The product is cumbersome, the water tank has a deep lip so you can never get all the excess water out, when about half of the water is dispensed, the feeder tube will only work if the product is in an upright position so forget turning or lifting it to get all parts of your mouth, and it does not hold much water so there is a need to refill multiple times. It is also messier than my Waterpik because it is your head you are tipping and tilting due to the aforementioned feeder tube issue.I am very disappointed!Additionally the seller only offers a 30 day money back guarantee. I barely had a chance to use it one time before this deadline was past and now they are not communicating with me.Save yourself the hassle and by the quality name brand. It might cost more but at least you will be happy with it!

This is such good value for money. It also holds a charge for a very long time, I've only charged it once since I bought it several months ago. These things usually retail for quite a bit so I'm really happy with this one and all the tips it comes with. Relatively quiet and it has a few settings. I'd definitely recommend

Bonjour, c’est sans doute un bon produit mais pour moi même la fonction normale est trop forte je dois mettre sur SOFT celle qui est au milieu. Cela enleve bcp de chose. C est la que l on comprend pourquoi on a du tartre après que la brosse a dent. Ce produit est essentiel. Et buvant bcp de thé chaud ou froid cela tachait les dents. La tt est nickel. Attention de bien remettre le petit capichon de protection apres la charge. J imagine que si l eau y rentre. Patatraaaaaa
