This is a Follow up on my original negative review.
First of all I really love Snap-On Techangle torque wrenches.Originally after I received my "new to me" Torque wrench and went to use it I discovered it was malfunctioning so I tried to return it but was outside the return window. But not all was lost--------Today Bruce form KB Tools tracked me down at home and inspected the original 1/2" Snap - on Torque wrench and agreed it was malfunctioning....Then Bruce gave me a brand new Snap - On 1/2 " Torque wrench. WOW !!! talk about customer service Holy Cow. Praise God. KB Tools stand behind what they sell.Bruce is a really great guy.

These people are ripping you off go to their website get a new one with a 2 year warenty for $650.
