This made getting my cat's urine sample very easy
I had to get a urine sample for my cat and the vet recommended this product. The amount that came seemed very small at first, but it worked just fine and made getting the sample very easy. The cat is fussy but didn't even seem to notice that his litter changed and went right in. It is reusable but I couldn't think of any pleasant way to clean all those little plastic urine covered beads. I will definitely purchase this product again if needed.

Three Stars
Seemed like a good product. Unfortunately my cat wouldn't use it.

My Cat Approves (And So Do I)
This is an excellent product for collecting urine samples from my cat. She does not object to using this product. Adding more collection vials to the order would be helpful. My alternative is to use clean, very small plastic containers. Cleaning the product after use is very simple. I have a strainer (dedicated to this task). I simply empty the used "crystals" and excess urine into the strainer and clean/rinse and allow to dry for the next time they're needed. Nice product!

cat did not like
My cat took over 16 hours to finally give a urine sample. He did not like the pebbly feel at all.I knew the amount was small so bought two bags. It was easy to gather the urine with included pipette but cleaning the litter after was a royal pain. The litter being plastic had such static cling! The pebbles stuck to my Main Coons fur and I found it all over the house for days.. It stuck to the box making it extremely difficult to get out of the litter box to clean for reuse. Ended up throwing it away expensive waste would not buy again . lew

Works, but might work better with just a bit more volume.
Don't expect to be getting a full pan of litter with this. If you think you might have more luck with a greater volume of false litter, order multiple sets or look for something else. If I had to estimate you're getting about a cup or two of litter with this. Our cat is particularly fussy about her litter, but even more fussy about leaving the house and going to the vet. When we had an in home visit set up, the vet requested that we attempt to gather a urine sample using a set like this.We sterilized her litter pan and put these beads in there. She steadfastly declined to make use of the odorless, thin layer of beads, but after some coaxing and stubbornness she eventually relented. The set comes with a sample collection kit too and is reusable as long as you sterilize it.

Such a small amount of litter
This may be a good product but the amount of litter provided was so small it wouldn’t be enough to cover even the bottom of a litter box. I don’t see how one would get their cat to pee in such a small area.Waste of money.

Easy Peasy!
Poured these into a new clean litter pan and placed in usual litter pan. Kitty jumped in and sniffed around and did his business. I used the collection bottle that came with them and ready for delivery to vet.I’ve had kitties who I just set in the litter pan with the non-absorbent litter and they would use just fine but this guy wouldn’t do that. By placing the new pan with the plastic litter in it on top of used litter box, he urinated with no issues.Washed up the litter and pan, scooped up litter with a small sieve, air dried, and ready for the next time.I put one star for absorbency, even though there is absolutely NONE, because I had to put something.

Really worked for 3 of my cats!
It took some thought and preparation but all 3 of my cats used it. You just have to use it when you know they have to go. It really helped avoid the stress of the vet on them! I will use again.
