I bought this coz I thought it's gonna work on hair scissors but it's not. I don't blame the seller since he didn't specifically mention the Hair scissors. I just assumed that it would work in all types of scissors, but if you're looking to sharpen your knives, this is the right product for you.

This 4 in 1 sharpener is sturdy and solid with an excellent hand-hold and non-skid base,It can sharpen scissors and knives, and I also realized after reviewing the instructions, that I can sharpen my ceramic knives with it as well, which is awesome. I had no idea these could be sharpened. I normally take my knives to a professional place, but it is time consuming. I’d much rather be able to sharpen everything at home and not have to make a special trip. This knife sharpener proved to be exactly what I was looking for. It is handy, sturdy, and easy to use. Cutting tomatoes is easy again!

When scissors became dull, I normally bought new ones, while placing old ones in the growing cabinet pile of dull scissors ... scissors too dull to use, but too nice to throw out. When this product arrived, I immediately began sharpening those old scissors. Amazing! It transformed ten pairs of scissors into useful sharp tools!Of course, the knife sharpener works just as well. In summary, this is a well constructed product that does exactly what it's supposed to do. And it's the perfect size for cabinet storage or counter display.Love it, I choose to recommend it.

The sharpener is not bad. It can maintain a knife that’s already sharp, but do not try to bring a dull edge back from the dead. It’s good for college kids or the home cook. Being a Chef, there in no replacement for the skill of sharpening a knife on a water stone. I can’t argue with the quality or the price.

USED IT two or three times and it no longer sharpens any knives. Don't buy this item we will waste your money.

First time to own a Sharpener, excited & took time to figure out how to use it😅 We used to use those sharpening stone (actually my dad’s main job, I don’t know how to do it, I mean I tried many times, just didn’t work for me🤦‍♀️) Dad is leaving, I had to get a sharpener instead. I read the instructions carefully before using this sharpener. Found that the instructions were a bit confused, mainly because the number or the sharpener doesn’t match the ones on the instructions. However, according to the picture, finally figured out which is which. It’s actually super easy to use (after I figured it out😅) It makes our scissors & knives sharp again!! I like it😊 it would be even better if the instructions matches the numbers on the sharpener, less confusion
