Convenient, roomy, but leaks - so not "waterproof"
Took this on a road trip and put some ice in with the food. Ice melted and leaked out all over the trunk. But contents stayed cold enough anyway, even in 100-degree plus weather for several hours.

Lining falls apart after a year
Because the seams are sawn and not welded, it's not easy to clean. Anything more than a moist cloth leaves water trapped under the lining. Now the aluminum film is coming apart, leaving littles pieces of itself everywhere.
