Any good for felt roof leaks?

Haven't tried it as I have no felt. Didn't work on my gutters but has worked on my cracked toilet cistern!

Is this stuff safe to use for sealing concrete ponds?

I would say no. The tin reads pipes ,gutters ,drains ,windows and roofs.
