I bought this computer, and it worked ok for 3 months before it broke down completely. I got frozen suddenly, so I tried forced to shut off multiple times then it worked. However, in few days, it got broken completely and didn't even to start. I called the Dell customer service, but they couldn't help, so I sent it to the repair center. And it came back and the letter came with saying they had to replace CPU, motherboard, and hard drive all together! However, more issue was this time the computer body was severely damaged and bent and front case was broken. The whole experience for two months with Dell taught me how unreliable Dell products and their services. I really regret that I bought this unreliable product for my business. and it hurted my business that this product had to go to the repair center twice and that I couldn't use this computer for two months. I do not recommend this product!
