I used this product once and it’s already having issues. The lids won’t stay secure. The heat of the coffee cause pressure build up I guess and pushes the lid up causing the seal to break. And the material feels like cheap metal. Probably have to get another cup.

Like most people, we wind up having way too many travel mugs. But, this one is always in demand. It fits perfectly in our cupholders, the lids fit great. and it keeps the coffee hot for hours! Yes, I said hours! We are getting more of these and purging all our old travel mugs!

Tops crack after only a few uses. Requested tops for both that I ordered, but only got one. That one cracked as well and now there’s no response for a replacement. Stay away

Non-leak lid works great if tumbler is accidentally knocked over; tumbler keeps drink at desired temp for quite a while. However, tumbler can sometimes be heavy in my arthritic hands. Otherwise, for me, it's a great product.

Love the feel and look of this mug, but my ice melts very quickly. Usually within 2 hours

I had tea in this for like 10 hours and it didn't start being cool/cold until about 12 hours in! Crazy y'all! their customer service is great! one of my lids cracked (it dropped) and they sent me an entire new mug free! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great for people in the service or hair industry!
