Superb Knife
Superb knife for the money. Sharp and a pleasure to use.

Good knife
This is ideal for buying catering size packs of pork or beef to turn into steaks and roasting joints, also to dice up chicken breasts, only one niggles and that is I actually thought it would be just like the one used in butchers, but the don't feel sold when you use it if feels cheap when using it and it's not as sharp as I was expecting either.For those reasons I cannot give it 5 stars, am sorry but it's a four for me.

Good knife although the blade is very narrow and for an apprentice like myself I do find it a little difficult to get a nice edge on the steel!!
