Perfect OEM fix
I had the lights stop working on my Chamberlain opener and chose to replace the relay board. The installation was straightforward and immediately fixed the problem I was having with the lights and sensors. It took more time to diagnose the problem than to actually instal the fix as Chamberlain's instructions indicated a different root cause. Easy installation and happy to be back up and fully functional!

Expensive replacement but works well
I called LiftMaster tech support and while my garage door opener was out of warranty the tech was very helpful. He showed me how to troubleshoot the problem and unfortunately it came down to the expensive logic board. this was an easy item to replace and worked like new. We'll see how long this one lasts.

Works for Chamberlain LW5000EV
Worked perfectly for my Chamberlain Model LW5000EV. Lightning struck near my home and damaged my garage door opener. I called Chamberlain to report the error code the opener was giving me. They said I needed a new logic board and quoted me a price of $150. This logic board was half the price. I followed the installation instructions that came with the board and it worked perfectly (also watched a video on YouTube). Wasn't hard at all. This time, I will plug the opener into a surge protector.

Works Perfectly for LW5000EV Chamberlain Opener
Fits my LW5000EV Chamberlain Garage Door Opener perfectly. Recent hurricane fried my logic board. Went to YouTUBE to see how to replace it and I can tell you that it was very easy. Fear of the unknown was my biggest holdup but after it was installed and I programmed all my remotes into it, it worked as before.

New life for a 12 year old opener
This was easy to install. The original board shouldn't have gone bad, but stuff happens. At least I didn't have to buy a complete new opener.
