Bought one of these awhile back and wore it almost daily, loved it, fit great, comfortable and suited my needs perfectly. Well my 2 puppies destroyed it last month so went to order another, saw that it has been 4 years since I bought the last one and price was great. So bought 3 more and seems to be same quality and comfort. If they destroy these 3 I will buy more, if not I should be good for life. Happy with quality, comfort and price is great.

These are one of my favorite patterned ball caps available. The durability is far better than I would have expected. I have to admit that I was more than skeptical of the closure style on the back of the hat. I didn't think it'd hold up over time. I have to admit that I was totally wrong. I've had my hat for about a year or so now and have had 0 failures on the closure whatsoever. I'm a pretty avid fisherman. I go through thick brush quite regularly. I've had it pulled of my head. Stepped on. It's fallen in the water. And still this hat is in good condition. I wash it fairly regularly and haven't had much of issue with the pattern fading. I get a fair amount of compliments about the pattern Kryptek Typhon pattern. To be honest, at this price and quality, I like it so much I own 3 more as backups that I keep in my truck.

i am always looking for hats with no button on the top (they interfere with the muff type hearing protection, which i wear often) - this is a very nice - i have another that is the same but there is a logo on the front - and i needed a blank one

It is hard to find "the perfect hat" - and this one seems to fit the bill! The size and fit are perfect for my head, and it should be a good fit for someone with a small(er) head or shorter crown like I have. It is unstructured (so it doesn't have the thicker paneling up front) and it sits lower on the head than a standard ball-cap or trucker hat, more like an "operator's hat". The quality is what you'd expect from a $7 hat, but it seems decent enough. I was able to easily remove the flag patch; not that I'm not proud to be American, I just don't like to advertise it everywhere I go - the patch will go on my SAR bug-out-bag. The hat came with a Kryptek tag attached, so this leads me to believe it's a licensed Kryptek product, but since the hat is made in Bangladesh and slightly different than the "wholesale-only" hats that Kryptek sells on their website, I cannot be 100% certain. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase and will purchase another if needed. Also, I purchased a Vertyx (unstructured) and Condor (unstructured) hat at the same time to compare all three (I am VERY particular about how my hats fit my head) and choose which one(s) I want to keep. The Vertyx was the most expensive and the worst fit; it was WAY too shallow and my girlfriend said it looked like a little kids hat. The angle that the bill was sewn on caused it to go straight out rather than slope downward as a bill should. I immediately returned it to Amazon with no issues. The Condor was a great fit, so I will be keeping that one as well. It does have reinforced paneling up front, but it does not stick up too high (like a trucker cap) and it fits my head just as well. The strap is a great design and the overall quality is very good. It is also imported form China, if that matters to you... I would recommend anyone interested in any of these (3) brands/hats to start with the Outdoor Cap and/or the Condor. You can buy BOTH for less than the cost of the Vertyx :)

I've been on the hunt for a new hat for quite some time. My requirements were something simple, good looking, durable and inexpensive. This hat fit all my requirements with passing colors. Arrived as advertised. Fitment is great, the hat has some stretch and an adjustable strap so this at some fit anyone. Even those with extra large melons. Pros: Good fit. Great design. Elastic material stretches. American flag. Cons: May be a bit baggy on those with smaller heads. 5 out of 5 stars, will probably buy one in the other color.

One of my favorite hats, I refuse to go back to a hat that doesn't have the elastic built into the adjustment band on the back. It makes it so you can have a snug hat but still can naturally adjust so the hat doesn't have to be changed if you either let your hair grow out or get it cut

This hat looked great. But! The flimsy velcro strap on the back can't be adjusted more than a inch more or less. The sizing is quite small it couldn't even fit my 14 year old. I would not recommend this product!
