just as described
Great sounding Exhaust is all i can say you have to mod a few things for it to work right but it does once you get setup correct

Solid Product
Bought this exhaust for my hawk 250, fits great for the mounting brackets supplied, product description says it’s for a different bike so some modification is required but can be done by scavenging from the old exhaust. Love the color! It’s a great bang for your buck and has quality welds, it will start to heat cycle after a few rides. Haven’t had the chance to really durability test it, but it mounts solid and doesn’t seem like it’s gonna crack from the vibrations of the bike or from jumps.

Excellent Budget Exhaust for CRF 230F
I was looking for a new exhaust for my 2006 230F since the stock one was rusted badly. Initial research was putting prices in the $300-500 range and I have just already dumped a lot of cash into this bike. So did some intense review reading and decided to roll with this JFG 788 Powercore 2 exhaust. Fitting it went well. After reading others experiences, I made sure to loosely line all hardware up before torquing it down and that made the difference. Everything lined up well when combined with a slow shake and shimmy to get things to find their designated spots. Take your time here. Overall look is great. Materials are quality and welding seems to be solid and done well. Steel and aluminum parts. Bear in mind, this exhaust will require a new crush washer as the Exhaust Pipe Gasket. Tusk Complete Gasket kits have one in them or you can order the gasket individually for a few dollars. When jetted correctly, the pipe takes on a red/gold color that looks really nice (see pic). Sound is great. Adds a much more aggressive sound that I really like (see attached video). Think more MXer braaap-ey. Undoubtedly it is louder but I'm enjoying it. Mine was already uncorked but I've noticed a little bit more lower end power. For example, when I'm climbing more steep hills and I get to the top, now the front wheel likes to come off the ground rather than following the contour. My major detractor is that its not going to be a USFS approved Spark Arrestor. However, it looks to be the same diameter of pipe as the factory so I think finding an exhaust tip that will meet USFS criterion should be relatively easy. Highly recommend if you are wanting an inexpensive aftermarket exhaust for your CRF 230F that looks and sounds good without breaking the bank.

Fits on Yamaha ttr125 with slight bending
Exhaust is insanely loud like 22 caliber loud, great quality, fits weird definition not great but for the sound quality and look worth the price

Works as intended
Worked great on my 2020 Bashan Brozz 250cc. Sounds nice and opens up the power band on it.

Does not fit correctly
Does not fit correctly and they will take every opportunity to keep your money as long as they can I have been waiting almost a month for my refund I would not recommend this seller there are others selling the same product for the same price if you decide you want to use this and try to make it work. I gave it 1 star because it won't let me leave no stars

FOR RPS HAWK 250
Just understand that for an RPS Hawk 250, this is not a perfect fit. This is a generic universal exhaust for a bunch of similar shaped bikes. The exhaust bolts merely "kind of" line up in the general area. I had to get creative and use my own brackets just to make this fit. If I could go back in time I would buy an exhaust that is specifically made for the RPS Hawk 250, not a general one size fits all JFG exhaust. Installation took hours due to the exhaust not lining up. I am happy with the looks, and the sound, it maybe gave me 5mph more top speed at most. The speed increase and ease of installation is greatly exaggerated because I don't think most hawk owners have owned any well made Japanese motorcycles to compare it too. You get what you pay for, I think it's worth spending 50$ish more dollars and finding an exhaust that is specifically made for only the Hawk 250.

I'll give it a 4 because it looks good and sounds awesome on my 150F but fitment is weird..it fits overall but not without some brute force to bolt the actual muffler...it's legit 6 inches or more from the mounting hole and you gotta really pull it up and get that bolt in..again, it works but man the stress on the connection is likely insane. The mid pipe definitely needs a higher curve...

My 15 year old son was able to easily replace the worn out factory exhaust with this kit on his 2004 CRF150F. Sound is great and he swears more power?!* Granted the old kit was in really bad shape. Fit was very good and required no modifications. It looks good on the bike. Some of the edges are a bit sharp, that's the only complaint so far. 2 rides and one was 3 hours. No other issues.
