Adorable
This kit is adorable. It was so fun to put together. I gifted to my aunt and she absolutely loves it.

Cute but make sure you find the battery beforehand
Hi! I love this product and it is not my first diy model so I understand that I will need to purchase battery separately. Make sure you purchase battery beforehand because I had difficult time to find correct size of battery in Target (I went to two stores and the one I purchased is Energizer 357 and only 2 stocks left in the second Target I went to). The product is easy to build, the material is also good!

Sooo cute!
I truly loved putting this together. I saw that some other reviews mentioned the work you have to put into this but I feel like that is the point of buying these. I was fully expecting to build everything myself and spend a lot of time cutting and gluing. If you have patience for these things, this is a great and fun thing to do.I did mess up and use the wrong type of glue which left white marks on stuff so if you buy this, just make sure to buy the right glue, something that will dry clear.Overall, it came out so cute and I love it!

Love it!
Got one as a Christmas present and got hooked. My suggestion is before you start is watch the video on You Tube and make copies of the paper templates. Directions were first confusing but made more sense after watching the video. Would have given it 5 stars if the batteries came with it. It cost more to buy the batteries than the product. If you take your time and be patient the outcome will be stunning

Very difficult build but beautiful when finished. I put the deer and sleigh on a small plastic so I can remove after Christmas to leave out all winter season

Fun to make and would make great personal gifts
Over the years, I have made quite a few of these miniature dome DIY Kits. Can be challenging sometimes, but absolutely satisfying when you are done. Comes with easy, step-by-step, instructions, Can’t wait till next Christmas to put this one out with my Christmas decorations!

Super cute, but takes way longer than estimated time.
Super cute, but takes way longer than estimated time.My first miniature, but concentrating on small items really made me tired, so it took me way more time than estimated on instruction. Also wires are VERY fragiles. Still one of my proudest art achievement. 9/10

Terrible product if you want a cute Christmas house.
The media could not be loaded. I have such mixed feelings about this house. First, let me say that if you are wanting to set it up as it is intended to be, you will be sorely disappointed. The issues I had are as follows:1. Several missing pieces. A shutter, two posts for the porch, and the cute little reindeer.2. The music box is... messed up. It sounds terrible, out of tune, creepy even. I was expecting a Christmas song, but if it is I don't recognize it.3. Some of the roof pieces are cut at the correct angle on the edges so it is easy to just put them together, others they expect you to sand the edge to the correct angle. This might be because not all the pieces are cut evenly, at a certain point you just have to do your best to fit things together as you can. Personally I think they could have cut the pieces better, but perhaps this is just a thing with miniatures. I wouldn't know because this is the first kit I've bought like this. All that said, I still ended up happy, just more with the results of the project I made of this little house than the product itself. The low rating is for those people who actually want a cute Christmas house that plays a merry tune. The missing pieces and messed up music would have made this an automatic return for me if I had been hoping to make a Christmas house. However...I bought this to make a creepy haunted house! The missing shutter wasn't a big deal, it's left off of one of the side windows, plus one shutter is crooked and another rests on the porch where it fell from where it hung when the house was in better repair. I did, however, have to carve two new porch posts out of tooth picks. Not easy for the inexperienced. The whole house recieved a new "old" paintjob inside and out, as did the furniture. Some of the furniture fabrics were swapped out for ones I had on hand which were less pastel and cheery. The tree I made myself as snow covered pines didn't fit the scene. The leaf confetti was tissue paper painted in fall colors and cut painstakingly into teeny tiny little pieces. I am happy with the end result, but buyer beware!
