DELTA McKENZIE Baby Daddy 3D Deer Archery Target, Brown (51540)

I host a shooting league of 6-10 guys per week and needed to replace 2 GlenDel targets that we destroyed over the past 5 years. I love the fact that there is NO PLASTIC on this target...errant shots are much easier to remove from foam :-) Last week, we pumped over 50 arrows into each of these targets, and I'm impressed with the "self healing" foam. We did not have a single arrow "pass threw" the target and did not need to use the arrow remover (included) once. The target is small...roughly the size of a "yearling" doe, but it makes us "aim small, miss small." Only concern I have it the head is not very secure...anticipating the need for a some adhesive to prevent it from falling off at some point. Overall, nice addition to our "redneck range."

First thing I noticed, is the "skin" covering the foam was already tearing right out of the box. This is the meant to be a decoy, just a target, so it's not a huge deal, but still.Second. Good luck getting the arrows out. I shot 4 before trying to remove any. That was a mistake. After an hour I've been able to get 1 arrow out. I destroyed that arrow in the process. The cheap arrow pullers are useless.Is it a 3d deer, yes.Can you shoot it, yes.Is it worth the hassle... leaning towards no.

Nice target self heals fast . So far only shot 20 arrows into it (just got it today) looks like a real deer and almost life size for a SC deer. I shoot a 75 lb pull bow so it sinks the arrows pretty deep if you are on the wimpy side pulling arrows out could be a issue. They send a arrow puller in the box so that gives you a idea lol. I used rebar to keep it upright the pins they give you are a bit short great for solid turf but in SC its sand so use longer bars. Worth buying . Next one will be the big daddy for sure.

Awesome deer target. I have other deer targets and they suck compared to this one. This is so much more well made. It’s heavier and of better material. Fits together better and more securely as well. The target is self healing. It does come with antlers.

This product was added to our home archery course this summer. It has been shot about 100 times and has fallen apart. We have several McKenzie targets but this one is junk.

Kinda junkyI literally just open the box and the deer was smashed .the one rack was broken and missing pieces .once together the leg half and the body half ripped apart I literally have it zip tied back together ..I never even shot a arrow into the deer yet that's my review look else were

Construction seems better quality than I expected and it came sooner than expected. Have not used product yet but received without horns. Hoping seller sees the review and reaches out. Didn't want to go through the hassle of returning just for the horns.

Had a larger one that I didn't like. Order this one and it's just right for our area cause our deer are small. makes me shoot tighter groups. lol
