Q: Please advise, how thick is the heel cup, it gives lenght and width but not height

About 0.5 - 0.75cm at the thickest point. I've worn them in sandals and shoes and they are great. Definitely make walking with plantar fasciitis a lot more comfortable.

Hi there , I think they are pretty universal to be honest . I’m a size 6 and they are fine , I think they go by width. If you have plantar fasciitis and they do give some relief but I’ve visited a chiropractor which seems to have done wonders. Hope this helps 🙏
