Hey yall, just wanted to leave this review for others who might be on the fence with this product. I have been taking it for 3 weeks consistently and have noticed changes in my mood, my energy, and my overall health! This supplement, along with intermittent fasting for 16hrs a day and a total 180° in my eating habits has no only allowed me to drop 20 pounds in a short period of time, but I just feel GOOD. I had my last period from the 5th to the 10th of July, and I started taking this on July 13th. No, I am not pregnant (yet!🤞) but this supplement has regulated my cycles and for the first time is YEARS I ovulated 😭 I have 1 daughter who is 9 and we have been trying to have a 2nd since she was 2. Now some people may think this is TMI but I want to be real so other women in my situation don't feel alone and helpless. Her bio father isn't in the picture, but she has a dad who has raised her since she was 1.5yrs old. Now I always thought it was his fault we haven't had any more because I already had a kid when we met, so its not me, right? Not the case.. we suffered 2 miscarriages early on (around the first 2 years of our relationship) and haven't had a positive test since... I have never been formally diagnosed with PCOS, but after BEGGING the ER nurse for an ultrasound and to not just shoo me away with an 800mg ibuprofen script, I saw what I knew to be true all along. MULTIPLE (probably in the high teens to 20's) cysts on my ovaries. Ever since I was 12-13 when I got my first cycle, my periods have NEVER been regular. I'll either bleed for 27 days straight or not at all for 6 months. Since taking control of my health and taking these supplements, I have noticed nothing but positive changes!! I am currently on my period now (1st day of my cycle, 8/5/22) and I can already tell the difference; the pain is usually excruciating and the bleeding nothing short of heavy, ans this is literally the most smooth period I've ever had 😂 I'm still cramping, but not to where I can't get out of bed or do any daily tasks. It's literally a light twinge that goes away after a few minutes. I'm hoping after this cycle we get good news 🤞 if not, I'm still going to continue using this supplement because it works wonders for my PCOS and next we will try using male Fertility supplements to promote motility in the sperm 😀 I hope this gives some hope and courage to those that are trying so hard to not only grow their family but change the way PCOS effects all of us!! Works! I always had irregular periods, and recently I had family emergency which added to stress and I haven't had my period for nearly 80 days. I took it for about a week and my period is back. I feel like I am also more energetic as well. It does upset the stomach for me when I first took them, so I recommend taking it with food. Also you have to take 4 at a time, which was a bit misleading and a lot of pills to swallow. So one bottle only lasts you a month. But it is worth it.

I’ve been taking this inositol for a few weeks now and I’m really happy with it. I’ve noticed better mood balance and more stable energy throughout the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. So far, so good — I’ll definitely keep repurchasing!

I am almost done with my first bottle. I didn’t use this for fertility or PCOS, I used this to balance my insulin since my blood sugar drops around 1pm daily and I get very weak/dizzy/shaky & nauseous. This has helped me if I forget the eat & I can tell it does make my periods lighter however I still get cramps, back pain and other symptoms. If anyone found this from searching for weight loss, I did not lose any weight I only, if anything I gained weight & have ate a lot more. I was taking 1 a day due to having IBS.

I have PCOS and this did not regulate my period, but it did improve my mood. I took this for a month and along with eating better and doing moderate exercise, I ended up losing 10 pounds. I wouldn’t buy this as a cause to lose weight, but perhaps it would be a nice aid for some. I just dislike how many you have to take a day. I would rather it just be a one and done. In all, it is a good quality product that is easy to use.

These have no taste to me, and smell like chalk which is a win when it comes to supplements!! I have been using these for about 6 months and split the dose (4 total so I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening) in addition to some other supplements, I feel as if these have helped regulate my cycle (PCOS), and I feel as if they are a great value for the price. Supplements can be hard and it depends on what works for your body, but I would give these a try!!

This is my second bottle, and so far I love it. I’ve lost weight and noticed a reduction in bloating. I’m not sure if it’s solely because of this supplement, or a combination of a healthier diet and regular workouts. My PCOS remains the same. However, during my full body checkup, I was told that I have grade 1 fatty liver, while all other results were normal. The doctor mentioned that this food supplement might be a possible cause, so I was advised to stop taking it for three months. We’ll repeat the lab tests after that. Will update.

Ok so i wanted to write a detailed review about this product. I bought it a month ago as i was struggling with my hormonal imbalance for past 5 years. I have bloated weight gain, facial hair and sleep deprivation plus so many food cravings throughout the day. So after reading lot of good reviews i thought to give it a try. After using the pills for a month, i am able to give my honest review. Three things which i have noticed have been improved alot in my life are : i am able to loose some weight by controlling my diet (although i was on controlled diet earlier but zero results) i am able to control my food cravings. I am not super hungry throughout the day. Others are noticing that i am loosing some weight. 2. My facial hair growth has been delayed. I was doing face laser to remove my facial hair but growth was still quite fast ( i do laser at home with laser machine) now my hair growth has been slow down since i am taking these pills 3. Better sleep. I was struggling with my sleep as well. I used to sleep for max 4-5 hours through the night and i felt so lazy the next day. But my sleep has improved alot. Now i sleep around 7 hours, sometimes 7.5 hours and i feel much energetic next morning. I would definitely use this medicine for another two months as i am very happy with the results. Excelente calidad del producto me a ayudado para la resistencia a la insulina, la inflamación del vientre del estómago redujo bastante, y mi periodo de ser súper irregular se a vuelto exacto. Había probado otras marcas pero este vale cada centavo que cuesta 🙏🏼. Llevo 3 meses tomando este producto y justamente compré mi siguiente dosis de 3 meses más.

Llevo poco más de un mes tomándolo, los resultados han sido significativos, veo muchos comentarios donde a unas les sirven y donde no les sirven, pero son muchos los factores que determinar el éxito o el fracaso en el consumo de este suplemento. Por ejemplo yo estoy en edad adulta, con peso, glicemia y valores hormonales ya controlados, que actualmente consumen anticonceptivos combinados para el hiperandrogenismo causado por el SOP pero agregar este suplemento a mi tratamiento ha hecho grandes cambios como la pérdida total de la compulsión por comer, la sensación de saciedad más duradera, me da más gusto por consumir agua, me siento con mucha más energía, de mejor estado anímico, el pelo, la piel y las uñas se ven espectaculares, además y mi ciclo menstrual se acortó. Sin duda este suplemento tiene muchos beneficios si se complementa con hábitos alimenticios correctos y un régimen de ejercicio, el SOP depende mucho de la paciente y de su disciplina, yo tuve que bajar 12 kilos para poder sentir mejorías físicas, los medicamentos y suplementos recetado por mi ginecólogo en serio mejoraron mi cuerpo para la vida y función, al final la decisión es particular, yo lo recomiendo por encima de muchas marcas de las farmacias mexicanas.
