Really nice towel
This is a lovely towel - I use it for Ashtanga. As soon as my mat starts to get damp I roll it out and carry on. It really is non-slip, the damper it is the more grippy it becomes. I normally have to use chalk as my hands are always sliding, but not with this towel.Only reason for the 4 stars is my mat is about an inch wider than the towel so can only use the pockets to hold it on one side - will have to sew something onto the other side as its really useful to have it secured. On the whole a great towel that I would recommend and would buy again it I had to.

Couldn't get slippy
its a nice towel mat, good quality and long enough to do yoga moves,it couldn't get slippy, does a very good job, also its light, I could easy carry it to friends home. Finally love this colour.

Great yoga towel
Great yoga towel, was having issues with my slipping on the mat when my hands or feet got too hot and this solved the problem perfectly. Love the bag it came in too along with the little water spray bottle.

Great for the home and garden
Having already got a thick rubber yoga mat that I use for classes, I wanted something more suitable for using at home or in the garden and this is perfect. It's like a blanket so when folded up is really compact and easy to store. It's longer than a standard mat too. It's comes with a handy carry bag which is really useful. Unfortunately when I ordered the only colour left was grey.
