I have been frothing my own milk with the little pressure stem on my cappucino machine for years now. First, I make my 2 shots of espresso, and while I wash everything, let the machine gear up to do steam frothing-- which takes 2-5 min to wait and froth in all. I thought it might be really great to be able to froth my milk WHILE I make the coffee and make this process simpler. It works!This frother does indeed froth the milk perfectly. It's thick an foamy, but no large bubbles, the nice compact ones. It feels quality and has a bit of heft, it comes with 2 "blades" but to be honest, I only use the frothing one. I like that it sits on the power base and is not something you have to plug or unplug all the time- much like a tea kettle.I only have one wee complaint-- it's a tiny one in my case as a single human who consumes coffee, but it can only froth 1/2 cup of milk at a time. Period. You're not going to get it to do more without regretting it (don't ask.) To me, this is barely, barely enough frothed milk for a double shot of espresso to make a proper 'grande' sized beverage. I have had to get used to having my coffee a bit stronger in ratio to milk. Add to that you cannot reboot it for a new batch without waiting 3 minutes in between for safety-- it's not going to be something for an office or a big family of coffee drinkers. I do not know why they made such a lovely little machine to only make 1/2 cup. Though, if you are a single-shot person, this would be absolutely perfect.I can give you one hint. It's hard to see the lines inside which tell you the max fill. So, what you do is just fill it up until the bump of the blade is -just- under the milk. I mean, by 1mm. Then turn it on and DON'T put the lid on. The lid seems to make some kind of vacuum on it which pulls the milk up and out if you have dared to try to sneak in a little more milk. But if you fill it to the top of the blade bump and run without the lid, you will get the most you can.In my dreams, this would do 3/4 cup of milk for my perfect latte, but alas. Still, it's a very nice little machine that does the job well...and the capacity was written in the description so I can't complain too much!

At first it was wonderful, easy to clean, easy to use and milk comes out perfectly. 2 weeks later it stop functioning.

This little milk frother is perfect for what I needed. I recently picked up a manual milk frother, but had so much trouble getting consistency on the froth. Also, the manual pump frothers have a minimum amount of milk you can use (too little milk and it won't work) It required more than I wanted in my coffee, so I was wasting milk every day.I decided to look for an electric frother. This seller answered my question about minimum milk quickly (no minimum) and two days later I was enjoying the PERFECT LATTE! Every morning I put in 1/4 c. of milk, press the button and in no time at all this little guy heats up and froths my milk to foamy perfection. I love that I can make my favorite fancy coffee drinks in my own kitchen so easily. And I love that this frother is nice, compact and easy to clean.

Super easy to use and stylish, just hard to get the milk out of the very bottom rim :\ and wish it had more capacity

This purchase was a pleasant one overall but buyers should be aware of the following:Pros: it's small, portable, and lightweight, so it's a really convenient tool to have around without cluttering up your counter or taking up too much space. It is able to heat up milk pretty quickly and I don't have to wait around for a long time.Cons: However, it is a small frother overall. It only holds enough milk to make a small cup of latte (if you're a diehard fan of milk-expresso proportions); but if you're desiring a small amount of steamed milk, this is the frother for you! (By the way, the liquid reservoir only goes to half of the frother kettle, and not all the way to the bottom like a regular kettle.) Personally, I prefer large cups of hot drinks so I will gifting this to my roomie who loves small cups of hot drinks :) Honestly, I recommend that you measure out the capacity before deciding if this efficient little frother is for you :)

The only complaint is that I wish it held more liquid and was a bit easier to clean but it froths well and the settings are nice. Very good priceUpdate:I’ve come to really love this. I thought it was just a regretful impulse buy at first but I actually use it very often now, even just for heating milk. I still wish it held more liquid but it works great. I use it most often to top off tea or hot chocolate. Heats up super fast and does its job well!

Doesn't do a great job a frothing the milk. It becomes very airy like the bubbles you get blowing through a straw into a drink. Doesn't heat it up very hot either. Wish I could send it back and get a different one.

I'm only giving one star because it's making me select stars. They truly deserve a zero.I originally bought this - hoping the positive reviews were correct. However, a week after using the product it completely stopped working. I even tried contacting the company at the email address given - have still yet to hear from them.Word to the wise...it's cheap, it will break, and you won't get your money back. I ended up going to walmart and buying a frother that has worked just fine.
