Nubuck was a disappointment
I have bought several pairs of these shoes in different colors for my mom. She has a narrow heel and the Narrow in this shoe fits her perfectly. The black and white leather were terrific, however when I ordered the nubuck I was disappointed. The glue around the edges where the shoe meets the sole, was coming apart. I guess it was because of the material of the shoe. The leather ones were just fine and have held up well.

Black Suede shoes.
They fit very well and are comfortable. My fault I wasn’t aware they were suede instead of leather like. My old pair are leather like and I am bit afraid to wear these in wet weather. But they do look good.

This is a nice shoe but it is not a navy shoe
I ordered the navy blue but the shoes are actually black. The only thing navy is the thread used for stitching. They are nice and trim and comfortable, but I wanted navy. Otherwise, I would give them five stars. Grasshoppers have always done well for me.

Pros and Cons
As other reviewers said, do buy a size smaller and narrower because these stretch quickly. They are very comfortable for standing and walking in, which I appreciate. However these shoes are extremely slip-prone on even slightly wet surfaces. They have absolutely no traction whatsoever. So while they are attractive and comfortable I will probably look elsewhere when the time comes to replace them.

Bought these for everyday wear and they are fine for that, better than the cloth versions you'll find, and still inexpensive. If I were buying again, I'd probably order regular rather than narrow; I think that would give me just the squidge of extra room I sense is missing.

Awesome shoes!
These shoes are SO much nicer that I expected. They are definitely of higher quality than the price would suggest. They have very comfortable soles and a nice, cushioned back. I am very glad I decided to get them. Plus they are a nice, blue jean color, so they go with anything. I would recommend these shoes if you would like something comfortable and cheap... they are definitely both.

Started to fall apart very quickly; no longer own
I bought these shoes because I wanted shoes that were comfortable and that looked professional enough for work. I wore them maybe 4 or 5 times in total and fell into the definitely-not-a-happy-camper, er, camp of reviewers.The shoes immediately developed a crumbly look with what appeared to be tearing of the fabric/paint and paint coming off in flecks. Despite the dried glue you could see originally when receiving this pair, which is not an attractive feature to begin with, the front material of the shoe soon separated from the rubber material on the bottom. I imagine if it rained or I stepped into a puddle, the water would come in through the gaps.So after a month of ownership, these shoes were no longer practical and they started to look a little beat up. Again, this after I wore it 4 or 5 times. I also sit in the office most of the day, so there wasn’t even much walking around for it to start wearing away like this.I no longer have these shoes, and I can’t even recall if I ended up donating them or throwing them away because of the questionable structural integrity of the shoes. I was really disappointed in the quality and am unlikely to buy Grasshopper shoes in the future.
