Good product
This doorbell camera is amazing! The Wi-fi connectivity makes it easy to link with my home wireless work. The app can help me to keep an eye on all visitors on my mobile devices which is awesome! And I can also speak with the visitors even when I was not home. That’s let me feel more convenient and secure!

Need to include batteries
Really like it but you should include batteries for it

device works as expected
Instructions could be much better. Lost a lot of time trying to remove mounting plate (just slide up or down from main body). Did not work hard mount, so I used adhesive. Easy to connect to WIFI and Bluetooth for external bell. Move ext doorbell closer if mounting cam on metal ext door; Bluetooth signal hard to reach through door.Picture is beautiful and notifications work as expected.

Connectivity issues with multiple devices
Compatability conflict with other wireless devices. I wanted to set up two Android cell phones to receive the signal, but the device seems to be limited to interacting with only one device. And it seemed to interfere with my wireless connections for other devices, as they all lost connectivity when I linked the doorbell unit to one phone. As soon as I ended use of the doorbell system, connectivity returned to all other devices. I may have done something wrong, but I returned the device instead of spending more time on it.

Good quality
I bought the doorbell camera for my new house. It’s easy to install and the images from the camera are clear as well, especially at the night time. I am happy with my purchase

It is barely functional
The doorbell is nothing more than a futuristic looking accessory that does not perform its functionality well. The application for using the doorbell is buggy and seldom actually works. The video quality is decent, but because the doorbell only pings my phone sporadically, it is useless and it contributes to an amount of lag (especially over mobile network) that makes it unusable. I would not recommend this purchase. I have had it installed on my house for 9 months. Going to have to buy from another company soon.

No battery no app name
Don't come with battery. I had to order some.i had to order charger for battery spent 30.00 still doesn't turn on don't know the app to download. This is worst investment I did. I give up wit doorbell. U guys post picture of battery inside the doorbell so I assume they come with Doorbell. U guys say download app with no app info. I bought battery charge it and still doesn't turn

Defective Unit.
Didn't come with batteries, so ordered separately and waited a week for them. Installed them only to find that the unit was fried. Smelled of burned odor. ALSO, unit was to have a TF card, not installed nor included.
