Q: I have read than most sea salt is contaminated with micro plastics. Has this been tested? Thanks.

As it is a well known fact that the sea is full of micro plastics, I presume sea salt contains micro plastics as well.

Q: Can you use this in a grinder?

Yes but you need to dry it out first by putting it in a warm oven for an hour or so. I spread out a thin layer on a tray lined with baking paper after using the oven to roast veg. By the time the oven cools, the salt is dry enough to be used in a grinder.

Q: How much salt to put in the water for best benefits? I do intermittent fasting and I’ve heard this will help me. Thank you

Google `intermittent fasting and salt intake` (as I did) and see what you find. Go for bona fide papers and journals such as the New England Journal of Medicine, not the `faddy` personal sites. There is some guidance to be found but the choice has to be yours, I am not a medical practioner or a dietician. I am just posting this as a way of hopefully helping. Best wishes.
