I have installed two of the units so far. The first one was perfect and relatively easy to install. The second one had an issue with the threading on the supply offset nipples or it was in the nuts themselves that thread on to the nipples. I emailed HAOXIN and they mailed me a new set of nuts ( it took 3 weeks though). They were easy to swap out but only one would work on the problematic offset nipple (fortunately only needed one). A review above mentions the same issue, so there is a high likely hood of wasting a bunch of time messing around with the nipples and nuts.

I have had this less than a year and it is beginning to show rust. Otherwise it is lovely.

It looks good. BUT...The first one came and one of the nipples did not screw all the way on. I ordered another one. My plumbers have spent so much time connecting it I am concerned about the long term. You must know that this does not need a rough-in. The hot and cold pipes go directly into the fixture and water is regulated within the unit. So, if in the future it is problematic, I will have to tear into the wall, completely change the plumbing by putting in a universal rough in.

This is a beautiful product. I like that I can tirn the knob between two functions and they both work at once.

Easy to install. Directions only fair but very simple to do. Good quality and exactly how represented.

Perfect for outdoor shower. My kids loved it.

After about 5 months, the stainless is all tarnished. Impossible to remove.
