Works fine, saves space. Straight and Z.
Straight works for connecting same brand/size pedals (See pic, 2 EHX, And 2 Demon FX.)Plus other disimilar brands that match together. (See pic TCE Mini Poly tuner matched up to EHX East River Drive,)For pedals slightly offset you may need to zig zag a little with the Z type connectors ......(See pic, OCD-EHX-TCE)I have Otraki power supplies and they work fine to. I stopped being a gear snob years ago...if it works, sounds good, is more affordable.., I'm fine with that.

Good for MXR Effects Pedals
These are built well and leave enough room between MXR pedals to fit a 9v power plug. Great option if you have pedals in the same size format to keep things tidy.

They work well though not a real tight snap into the holes… When connected they work well.

They work fine, but recommend short patch instead
If planning a pedal board, the patch cables are much more useful. Using these means you have to move all pedals as a unit & if you're using Velcro, you're likely to break a connector.

These are great for tagging multiple guitar pedals together that have there inputs and outputs evenly on both sides . and they're at a nice price point too.
