Catechism of the Catholic Church Hardcover – 29 May 1994

This is a comprehensive and careful, systematic and helpful presentation of Catholic theology. Some sections of the multi-authored book were less compelling (dragged on a bit) than others (much more luminous). The book proved a very helpful guide during catechesis, answering many of the questions and muddles I had which stemmed from my misunderstandings. For such an important book that's likely to remain on one's bookshelf it's a pity the cover - especially the dustjacket - isn't more attractive - maybe that's something the publishers could easily fix.

I was taught with the Catechism and I had searched in all my local towns in appropiate shops, I keep mine at my bedside and have noticed that my teenagers have taken to reading out of it all so I loved the Catechism at school and I love it at home. It's important to me to have this Holy Book in my home just as it is to have the Bible. Definitely a recommended purchase if this is what your looking for.
