9mm(3/8 inch) Leg Length Discrepancy Lifts (2 Medium Rights)

Like many of you, I suffer from a lop-sided body. Not so severe that folks notice (I don't feel like I'm walking on the deck of the Titanic) but it's enough to cause some severe back pain due to my hips slanting a bit.So I need to lift the spirits of one depressed leg and these do the trick nicely. Even legs = straight hips = straight spine = stronger back = ... more yard work? Damn, there's always a catch!

They might fit in sneakers if you are a woman but not in your fancier shoes. They are nice, but they should note that these are wide and will fit a man's shoe but not a woman's. I can't comment on support or pain relief as I use lifts for a leg length discrepancy.

I have tried so many shoe lifts that are uncomfortable and ill fitting. This actually fits comfortable in most of my shoes and feels like a part of the shoe.

I have several similar products as my left leg is 3/8 ths longer than my right due too hip replacement surgery. What you need is a harder rubber spacer which is not compressible. These spacers are quite comfortable, but when you put your weight on them, they compress and are much thinner than their advertised 3/8 ths thickness. Since they are sold in packages of 2 rights or 2 lefts, it would lead you to believe that they are intended as a spacer for your shorter leg . . . . . but they're not very good for that purpose

My PT told me to get lifts. I was so glad to find a pair with two rights. Great product

These work great for my uneven hips due to scoliosis. Super comfortable too.

They do work, but they make your shoe just a little snug
