Love this steamer. My only complaint is that it doesn't get the nape of your neck very well. But it does get everywhere else. The water/steam also gets very hot.

The bowl is too small. Due to the design, the steam does not reach the nap of the head. Also, the glass water tank is not easy to clean. The top doesn't detach. I returned the product.

Dislike. I only have had it 3 months and it has stopped working.

The product unfortunately is defective. It starts with three beeps and then continuous red blinking lights. The steam never kicked in.Such a waste of money. There nothing in the manual that provides any troubleshooting options.
