I wish I had known about these lancets long ago. They are virtually pain free and much less fuss to use than the holders you have to load and then toss the debris. You just take the little white top off, press firmly on the testing site and toss. There is no way to stick yourself by accident. These work great and draw just the right amount of blood. I just ordered 2 more boxes. These come in three different sizes each with a different color for a perfect draw.

Better than any other I've tried. Compact, easy to use and does not hurt. Just enough blood without causing pain. I've been a diabetic for over 25 years, love these lancets. Great for travel too!

Good product, relatively pain free when I have to check my ketones or blood glucose. I like the fact that it’s a one step and the needle retracts making it safer. I don’t have thick skin in my fingers so I get good sticks every time. Will definitely purchase again and recommend. I’ve had no issues with this product.

I thought it would hurt leas. It seems the spring is very powerful. I like that it only requires just a touch and the needle is released. I also like that o don't have to take out a lancette and put it in the landing device, then remove it being careful to replace the cap so no one gets stuck. Because of the one step. I test more often.

Honestly, these are so comfortable to use! I won't say it's a completely painless option- but if you're sensitive- give 'em a shot. I also appreciate the convenience of the one-shot deal- it actually makes me more likely to take more readings because I don't dread punching another hole in my fingerpads. Penetrate far enough to get a good draw- and fine enough to not leave little micro bruises. I'll keep coming back for more.

I got the 30g 1.5mm safety lancets. Very easy to use, does not require much pressure to activate. The activation is smooth and soft, not abrupt like some others, I like that.I would have stuck with this brand if their safety lancets were offered in 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.25mm needle fixed depths.

Have been using a Delica lancing device since I became diabetic 8 years ago but the lancets, even when new, are often dull so are a little painful when used, plus I've been having to increase the setting so I could get enough blood to take a reading. These are nice. After wasting about 2 of them trying to figure out how to use them, I finally got it and have been pricking myself with these. They seem to know how deep to go to get a enough of a bead of blood so it can be read by the meter. I recommend this product, it seems to be far better than what I had been using. I also think, but may be wrong, that the needle is thinner than the Delica lancets.

It works and no pain!Easy to get one, twist the cap, quick stab that doesn’t hurt as much as the old lancets did, and throw away little plastic tube. No exposed needle! I can’t tell you how many times I poked myself with used lancet after I am done. Love these cuties!
