Great steamer for natural kinky hair.
I love this steamer, works great on my natural kinky hair. I added my deep conditioner and steamed for 15 minutes. Also it didn't drip hot water while sitting under, water dripped from my hair onto my face which is expected.

I only tried on face.
I have used the steamer for several days, I feel like it is very convenient to use since I can put the product components by myself, do not have to ask help from my bf for assembly. And also it is kind of helpful for my skin, and i feel like my pore is getting a little bit smaller . I added some essential oil inside that I could feel my skin absorbed the essential oil easily . And I also found it could be the humidifier which moisturize the air in my room . Totally I think the steamer save my money and time to go to the beauty shop! But i want to suggest the product could be added one more button to control how strong of the steam I want, so I do not have to change the position to keep a distance from the nozzle.

This hair and face steamer is truly remarkable! Simple to use and clean. Compact for storage. Works great for deep conditioning treatments on the hair. Had a attachment for facial steaming. Comes with helpful and easy to read instructions. I have beem using this steamer for hair treatments, thus far I have had no issues and I plan to keep using it. I am a hairdresser and I don't have time to get my hair done at the salon. This Steamer gives me professional grade services at the convenience of my own home.

Defective. Never worked
Steamer never worked! Red lights continually blinking. Did not heat water. Tried it in every electrical outlet in the house. So frustrating to order something and have it not work and to go to the trouble of returning it.

Defective. Really wanted to like it
Tried several times to get this thing to work. The lights just kept flashing no matter what I pushed. Only got it to work once and even then it didn't seem to get my hair that moisturized. I had better luck with my old QRedew which broke unfortunately. I ended up returning this steamer.

SO glad I bought this!
After years of getting deep conditioning at a salon, I went ahead and bought this hair steamer for home use. I am so glad with my purchase! This is easy to use and effective. Highly recommended!

Excellent facial steamer mediocre hood
I do not like the hood of the dryer because it is not adjustable but I love the facial steaming component.
