As big as my kitchen. Great space & shape to keep a dog from feeling closed in. There is no solid cover for the top. The top is mesh but can be unzipped to be open. There is no assembly. It opens up & stands on it's own. My Yorkie enjoys napping & sleeping in it.

Easy to set up.

It's a good size and will be great for my cat when she needs to be secured long enough that I don't want her in her carrier but also can't close off an entire room (like moving). Feels reasonably sturdy, but you'd want to keep a pretty close eye on anyone with sharp claws. It took a *lot* more effort that I was expecting to get it folded back up and into the little carrying bag. Folding it flat is easy, getting it into a disk to fit in the bag is a fight because it does not want to twist at all and it felt like I was going to break it before it finally gave in. Not the biggest issue but would want to keep physical limitations in mind when deciding who has to put it away.

This pet playpen turned out to be a lifesaver for me. One of my older cats was dealing with some serious health issues that needed to be treated over a short period of time. I had to give her oral medications three times a day. Because she is notorious for disappearing when it’s time for vet visits or meds, I needed a way to keep her confined so I could keep her on a schedule for the meds. I got the large size because I wanted to make sure there was plenty of room for a litter box plus food and water bowls. Glad I got this one. It was exactly the right size. I really liked that there were two entry ways into the playpen - a side zippered doorway and the top zippered flap, which can be unzippered all the way around the top of the playpen. I mostly used the top flap to take her in and out of the playpen, and it was much easier for me to use the top flap when cleaning the litter box and food/water bowls. Kitty wasn’t exactly thrilled to be couped up in the playpen, but the netted sides gave her a full view of the room so she could see everything going on. I also think the netting is quite durable. When I first placed kitty in the playpen, she went nuts and bounced off all the sidewalls, thinking she could get out. But the netting held firm and no damage done. The playpen opened up easily, but there was a bit of a trick to folding it back up. Took me a couple of tries, but finally got it folded down and placed back in its carrying bag. I actually looked back online at the video to see how to fold the playpen, and that was a huge help. All in all, I’m very happy with the playpen and how well it worked.

Was fostering a cat and opted for this due to price and size. Fits great in a room without taking too much space but still roomy inside. I placed this playpen on a carpet in the room for 3 weeks while I fostered this cat. Everything for the cat was inside, water, food, litter box, and a small bed. A few litter box accidents happened and at first the urine pooled up so I thought the bottom was water proof. I would clean the spot with a gentle cleaner and water, enough to get rid of the smell. Once the cat was gone, I cleaned the playpen with disinfectant then folded it up. I smelled the carpet under the playpen and it smelled strongly of urine. So now I’m more prepared for the future but still disappointed.Additionally, the mesh isn’t too strong. The cat chewed a hole in the side over the first few days.Overall I’ve had no issues with the zipper. It’s very spacious. And I like that you can open it from the top as well.Good but not perfect.

The media could not be loaded. The kitties love this playpen! I love this product. It was delivered same day which was extremely convenient. It’s very affordable for what you get and a good size for my 7 lb long coat Chihuahua / pom mix. There’s plenty of room for him to walk and move around and his bed fits in there comfortably. As soon as I took the main strap off after unboxing, it popped open rather quickly and took less than one minute to unfold and set up. I got it because my dog is newly blind and needed a safe place to hang out when I can’t always keep eyes on him. He seems to like it and went in just fine with treats. He does however have to step in through the door entrance which is a couple of inches tall but he’ll get used to it with training. If your pet can see, it should be no problem. I also like that the top mesh covering completely unzips and is open so I can reach in and grab him if I need to. I’m really happy with this pop up play pen. I’ll add photos when I put it up again.

Great for very small, light weight and less active pet. Purchased for my 8 week old, 4.7 lb cocker puppy. Three weeks later, she is 8.3 lbs and has Shredded the pen in various places. She jumps against the sides to turn it over and squeezes out at gap between start and end of zipper......she got stuck a couple of times but has now chewed it open enough to get out. It is important to keep an eye on pets while using this (as stated in the instructions).
